All prices listed are in USD. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
If you are ordering outside of the United States, your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) when it arrives. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. If you are not familiar with the custom fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned. Some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
International orders ship via USPS (2-6 week delivery). International delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs processes and COVID-19 delays. Please contact our local USPS office for further information on your shipment if you are experiencing a delay.
Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery. If you input an incorrect address in checkout, please reach at email@example.com and we’ll issue a refund of the cost of the items once the postal system returns the package to us.
If you decide to cancel your order once it has shipped, please follow the instructions per our return policy (see below) when the items arrive.
Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your order we’re happy to take returned items in the condition you received them. We’ll refund you the full price of the items in your order (shipping rates apply).
If you’d like to return an order from our store, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase.
Once we've been informed of the return, take the item(s) of your order to your carrier of choice and send them to Tight Box Packing at 5115 Avenida Encinas, Suite J, Carlsbad, CA, 92008, USA. Once we have received your items in their original condition (unused, unworn), we’ll refund the cost to the payment method you used in checkout and send you a confirmation message that we have initiated the refund.
