Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless you received the incorrect items or merchandise is defective. Please contact shop@chrispontius.com for further details.

All Chris Pontius signed/autographed skateboard decks are final sale and non refundable or returnable. Please contact customer support if you have any questions or queries prior to purchasing.  

US Shipping and International Shipping

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12:00PM PDT will ship the following business day. The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items. At the time of processing your order shipping methods are an estimated delivery date. Please note recognized holidays can affect shipping dates.

All prices listed are in USD. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

If you are ordering outside of the United States, your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) when it arrives. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. If you are not familiar with the custom fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned. Some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

International delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs processes and COVID-19 delays. Please contact your local post office for further information on your shipment if you are experiencing a delay. Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you input an incorrect address in checkout, please reach us at shop@chrispontius.com ASAP. Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery. Pontius Merch and chrispontius.com are not responsible for stolen items upon delivery, please make a claim with USPS or UPS. Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.
